Lesson 4 - How to do Memberships!

Ive had a lot of emails lately on memberships so let's go over it. Once in your admin panel go to members then manage then memberships.

First thing is Title so name your membership
next type is month, week, year
downline earnings 0.05 = 5 % ect
PTP Amount now if you don't have ptp set it at 0
If you do set it.
0.0001= 0.10 cents per 1000 hits once you have it in go to the membership on your page make sure its correct. The next section is packages leave this alone. Order you can set how many you want to sell. and last sell should be checked if you want people to buy it.

Next add membership. thats it now if you want to add credits click on the membership you just made.

Here is where you will add your credits. Amount is how many credits to give out then you will have options like link credits, banner credits, ptsu credits ect. you can use upon joining or weekly, daily or monthly. In the Time you can choose what day to assign credits if your giving your members weekly, monthly or daily credits exp if you put a 1 in that box then every sunday the credits will go on there account.

Lesson 3 Orders And Payouts!

Let's move on to your Order section on down the menu!!

So Click on Order then order Ledger this is where all your orders are listed if you need to look at someones account who just purchased then you can just click on there user name.

Next Pending if you have your orders set up for pending approval you will have to go here to approve your orders just click on the green button for approved and red for denied.

Approved and denied are just that!! You once someone has ordered and been approved they will be in the approved list so if you want to approve all ads all the time you will have to clear this out.
and if you want to deny someone from ordering you do it in the denied section just add there user name.

On to Payouts!
We have already been over the options settings so we will cover the others! (If you don't remember then please look at lesson 1) Lets go to tools first because if you were to get some payouts then you want to make sure everything is cool before you pay your members so click on tools then pending requests here will be a list (if you have any) you can click on there name and see there information there. (we will talk about cheaters and how to catch them in another lesson)
Next you will need to do your payout! So click on payout then make payouts if you have any they will be listed on top under your payment processor. click on the processor that has the payouts in and it will list them for you.

Now in paypal you can do a mass pay so copy all your payouts put them in a note pad and save them on your desktop you can call it what you want but I just call it payout. Next open up Paypal now you must have a business account to do mass payouts so make sure you do. then go to very bottom of paypay and you will see a link called mass pay click on that link then on the left hand side menu you will have to click on mass pay again. Browse to your file and attach it then Recipient Type: Email and subject what ever you want then click on continue and then send on the next page and thats all there is to it.

Now on Alert pay and E-gold I do each one seperate.

Lesson 2 Your Stats and what to look for...

Lets take a look at your stats page in your admin panel... So as soon as you log in this is your stats page. The first section from left to right.

Member Stats shows you just that your total members, verified members,Optin Members (subscribed members to paid emails) people online and members online.

You Stats are an over all stats for that current day! So it tells you your hits unique hits, new members for that day, how many clicks that day ect...

Balance Sheet

This is an overall of how your site is doing financially it shows how much money you have made and how much money you have lost. If you look at the very bottom tells you how much you have taken in and how much you have spent on payouts and hopefully your money taken in is much higher then your money going out!

Last section on this page:

This is a day by day stats and is very helpful and gives you an over all percent rate of how your site is doing for a 7 day period.

If your loosing a lot of money everyday and you have ptp on that is the first thing to look at if its high it might need to be adjusted.

Lesson 1 Know your Admin Panel!

Ok so you just bought a new site its all designed and you are ready to launch it but there are a few things you need to do first.

1.) Set up your Payment processors.
Go to your admin panel and click on settings then payment options this is where all your payment processors are located. Just sign up and fill in the information you need on each processor. I use E-gold, Paypal and Alertpay.

2.) Next look at your products and double check your prices. Go to settings again and then Products. If you look to your way right hand column where it says "cost?" this is what your ads are going to cost you. so if it says 0.2 this means it will cost you 20 cents per 1000 ads sold. also make sure your referrals are at least $1.00 or it will loose you money in paypal.

3.)Your member settings needs to be done.
Go to settings member settings then set up your downline earnings if you want it 5% it would be set up as 0.05 Ect... Also decide how many levels you want to pay. The items that should be checked in this secton is: Allow Credit Retractions,Only Allow 1 Account Per IP The rest is up to you.

4.)Next set up your withdraw settings still in settings click on member settings then withdraw settings and put in the amount you want as your withdraw. You may also decide to have only upgraded members withdraw here but beware you could get your paypal suspended. They do not allow it!

5.) Next thing you need to set up is your payouts. Go to Payouts then Options You should already have two done for you egold and Paypal so go to anyone of them and click on edit and again you must put in your minimum payout you want there and you can add a % fee if you want. Next go back to your menu click on settings and make sure you have at least one of the options checked. I don't suggest Automatic Payout System it does not allow you to check accounts before the payout.

6.)Last but not least is your special
Click on tools then special then manage. In the Title I always to a "Grand Opening "
Fill in your price then hit the Add Special. Then you will have to go to the list above and click ont he special you just made. Now you can add your advertising you will have to do this on your own for I don't know how much you have decided to do your advertising costs for. Once you get all your ads in go back to your menu and click on manage specials again then toward the bottom you will need to have it listed on your special preview and make sure both boxes are checked.

7.) The last setting you have to do is your Cheat Link settings Go to tools then anti cheating then Manage Trivia here you will need to add a question and a few answers including the correct answer and mark it as the correct answer you can do one or as many as you want.

You should now be all set to launch your site!! To the right are some links so many sites you ccan advertise on to get things started for you..... Good Luck!!
